Chapter Officers | IIBA® Northwest Arkansas Chapter
Northwest Arkansas IIBA Board members are elected every two years on a staggered schedule. Vacant positions may be filled between elections by Board appointments. Serving as a Chapter officer is a voluntary two-year commitment to the governance of our local chapter of the IIBA and represents an investment in time and skill. President
Laura Robey, CBAP®, IIBA®-AAC, IIBA®-POA
Chief executive officer for the Chapter and of the Chapter Board and will perform such duties as are customary for presiding officers, including making all required appointments with the approval of the Chapter Board. The President will also serve as a member ex officio with the right to vote on all committees.

Vice President (VP) of Finance
Larry McCallister, CBAP®
Responsible for the management of funds for duly authorized purposes of the Chapter. The Vice President of Finance is responsible to the Chapter Board and submits regular reports to the Board on the financial state of the organization. Responsible for managing the accounting of the funds of the organization, its budget, and expenditures.

Vice President (VP) of Marketing
Colleen Cristarella, MBA, CBAP®, IIBA®-AAC, IIBA®-POA
Cultivates and maintains relationships with business sponsors. Identifies and invites speakers for chapter meetings. Raises awareness of the Northwest Arkansas IIBA chapter in the local business community. Maintains active social meeting presence for the chapter.

Past President
Diana Harvison, CBAP®
Supports the current President, chairs the Nominating Committee for recruitment of new Board members, and assists with Board training. A core contributor in supporting special events, the Past President provides historical continuity for Board activities.

Vice President (VP) of Communications

Responsible for conducting general Board correspondence, for ensuring that members are notified of monthly chapter meetings, and for maintaining the chapter website.

Vice President

Acts in the absence of the President and assists the President in the appointment of vacant Board member positions, subject to approval of the Board. Ensures meeting minutes and other relevant information are recorded and filed. Prepares agendas and presentations for the monthly chapter meetings.

Vice President (VP) of Records & Archives

Maintains records of attendance for Board meetings and chapter meetings. Responsible for recording official meeting minutes for any chapter meetings in which Chapter business is conducted. Maintains an archive of meeting minutes and files of official Chapter records and documents.

Vice President (VP) of Professional Development

Promote and provide guidance for IIBA certifications within the chapter and to potential new members. Organize certification exam preparation study groups and chapter professional development events.
