Synopsis:
Ever wonder what the heck user experience is or as an analyst you should care about it? User experiences happen all the time - digitally and non-digitally. Come join us in a chat about UX, UI, Usability and how they all come together to make the experience joyful or painful! Let's try to demystify it a bit. Bring your thoughts about your favorite and most dreaded experiences.

About the presenter:
Diana began her career as a Business Analyst in IT in 1999, and served as the liaison between the business and IT for four years prior to that. She has a BS in Business Administration. In 2004, Diana happily discovered the IIBA organization and began her investigation into certification. In 2012, she sat for the exam and was granted her CBAP certification. Diana is excited to see the world recognizing the business analysis practitioner as a career path of its own. She’s passionate about the role of the BA in the 21st Century and helping practitioners transform from traditional BA practices to value based practices and beyond.
