Board Position Opening: Secretary

The board position of Secretary is open for election in 2024 for the term of 2025 - 2026! Here is the description of the position from the Chapter Bylaws:
Bylaw 6, Section 4: The Secretary shall keep the records of all business meetings of the Chapter and meetings of the leadership team. The Secretary is also responsible for all official correspondence with the members and IIBA, except for committee correspondence. Other responsibilities are detailed in the chapter standard operating procedures.
If you have attention to detail and a desire to volunteer, you may be an excellent candidate for Chapter Secretary! As you might expect, the Secretary is responsible for the written records and correspondence of the Chapter. The estimated time of commitment is 2 - 4 hours per month, which includes regularly scheduled Board and Chapter meetings, and any work needed between Chapter and Board meetings.
