Synopsis:
Our brain is more than storage of knowledge. We can activate different parts of the brain so that networks function differently. Every conversation we have, has a chemical component therefore conversations have the power to change the brain. In this webinar, professional conversations will be explored through the lens of neuroscience as participants gain knowledge and develop their skills to approach conversations from a foundation of trust and partnership.
Outcomes of this webinar will provide insight into:
- What neuroscience of conversations is
- How to develop skills to understand or rewire our reactions
- What you can do in your role to create conversations that build trust and partnership
About the presenter:
Sharon combines her energy and 20 years’ people development experience to partner with individuals, small business and organizations (public and private), to support them in exploring and deepening their knowledge to act effectively in teams, as leaders and managers.
Her management background spans a variety of industries including travel, education, banking, not for profit, agriculture and the government sector. This has given Sharon experience in a range of positions from Branch Manager through to a Directorship on a Global Board.
Sharon is an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach and International Association of Facilitators Certified Professional Facilitator and Forton Group Faculty Member.
