About the speaker: 
Dee Guzman was born in Mexico moved to the US at the age of 10. Lived in California for a few years then moved to Arkansas in 2001.  She is fluent in English and Spanish. Graduated in 2019 with a bachelor’s in accounting from the University of Southern Arkansas.  In 2023 she obtained her master’s in business administration with a focus in Supply Chain Management.  She obtained her ECBA in 2023. 
 
Dee started at Murphy USA, inc. as a Summer Intern (IT Business Analyst) in 2019. In early 2020 Murphy USA hired her as a contract BA and in October of 2020 was hired full time at as a Junior Business Analyst I.  Then in 2021 was promoted to BA II. She has been involved in different areas of the company, she started with Fuels, then moved to Property Management and Asset Management and right now is part of the team that supports store front operations and merchandising. 

Dee is happily married to her husband Alex and have two boys Isaac (4) and Jose (2).  Dee and her husband own Pecas Lawn Care, they specialize in providing commercial lawn care maintenance and residential landscaping design and development.  She loves spending time with her family and likes to try new recipes she gets online or social media, but she rarely follows a recipe like its stated.
